We are docked on the end of "Trouble Dock" at Charlie's Marina in Pentwater, MI. "Trouble Dock" is accessed from the parking area in front of the white condos with red roofs. The marina is located right within walking distance from downtown Pentwater and just a few minutes from being out into Lake Michigan. No long, time consuming rides to get to the big lake, we are in the big water within 10 minutes after we leave the slip.

From US-31 South or North:
To reach the marina from US 31 coming either South or North, exit US-31 at Exit #154 (Monroe Road - Pentwater). Go West on Monroe Road (Business Route 31) for 2.9 miles toward downtown Pentwater. Soon you will see Pentwater Lake on your left. Continue on Monroe Road (BR 31) as it winds along and you lose sight of the lake until you get into town. Soon you will see the signs for the public boat launch to your left. Just past the road to the boat launch you will see signs and parking lot for Charlie's Marina, the first marina you see in Pentwater. If you reach the 90 degree bend in the road at the city park and marina you have gone too far. Pull in to the parking lot by the offices of Charlie's Marina and call my cell phone 616-780-7722 and I will come meet you and show you where to park.

From Business Route 31 North of Pentwater (Bass Lake/Hill & Hollow):
To reach the marina from North of Pentwater in the Bass Lake/Hill & Hollow area, head south on Business Route 31 until you enter the town of Pentwater. Continue on the main street through downtown Pentwater past the city park/marina. Just past the city park/marina BR 31 turns 90 degrees to the left. Continue slightly further on BR 31 until you see the signs and parking lot for Charlie's Marina on your right. Pull in to the parking lot by the offices of Charlie's Marina and call my cell phone 616-780-7722 and I will come meet you and show you where to park.

From The East:
To reach the marina from the East, get to Monroe Road and go West on Monroe Road (Business Route 31) for 2.9 miles toward downtown Pentwater. Soon you will see Pentwater Lake on your left. Continue on Monroe Road (BR 31) as it winds along and you lose sight of the lake until you get into town. Soon you will see the signs for the public boat launch to your left.
